Fusion Media Group Appoints Operating and Financial Executives

Wenham, MA, January, 2011 Fusion Media Group (FMG), a leading out-of-home media company, today announced that effective immediately, D.K. “Pudge” Roberts has been named Chief Operating Officer – Traditional Outdoor and Lisa Cosimano Gallagher has been named Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Roberts will take responsibility for all aspects of operational management and field strategy across FMG’s Affiliate platform.

Mr. Roberts brings over 22-years of outdoor advertising operations and management experience to FMG. Mr. Roberts joins FMG from Lindmark Outdoor, an 1,800 face billboard company, where he served as President. Prior to Lindmark, Pudge was the General Manager of Tedder Media Management, General Manager, Florence, SC for Adams Outdoor Advertising, President & CEO of Outdoor Media Works, as well as Corporate Director of Development/Acquisitions, General Manager, Palm Springs, CA, and Director of Real Estate, all for Fairway Outdoor Advertising.

Ms. Gallagher will oversee capital formation and development, as well as finance, and accounting for FMG’s operations.

Ms. Gallagher brings over 25-years of corporate finance and operating experience to FMG. Lisa joins FMG from Hawtan Leathers, LLC, an international manufacturer and distributor of fine leather products. Lisa is a co-owner of Hawtan and negotiated its acquisition and sourced all capital necessary to complete the transaction and has since served as Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer of this 100+ employee enterprise. Prior to Hawtan, Ms. Gallagher spent over 20 years as both a commercial as well as investment banker specializing in media transactions. She started her banking career in the early 1980s in the Energy & Utilities Department of Bank of Boston, became a Managing Director in their Media & Communications Group in 1990 and in 1997 moved to its investment bank, BancBoston Securities to run their Media & Communications Group. In 1998 she joined Robertson Stephens, a leading high technology investment banking firm, as Managing Director and Group Head of the Media and Communications Investment Banking Group upon its acquisition by BancBoston Securities. After leaving Robertson Stephens she assumed responsibilities as Chairman of the Board and CEO of FastChannel Network including the consummation of merger negotiations with DG Systems (Nasdaq: DGIT) an end-to-end digital advertising distribution network. She currently serves on the board of DG while prior board positions have included Fast Channel Network, Marlin Broadcasting and SmartRoutes.
